BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY

• A 30% deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service.

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL & NO-SHOW POLICY

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

• Arrivals of 30 minutes or more late will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.

• The full appointment cost will be charged for appointments cancelled due to arriving 30 minutes or more late, subject to applicable payment authorization and legal requirements.

• Failure to settle any outstanding balance may result in being restricted from future bookings until the balance is resolved.

PAYMENT POLICY

• We accept debit and credit card payments.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of your service.

• Any additional charges for nail art, removals, repairs, upgrades, or extra services will be communicated to you.

NO COMPANION POLICY

To maintain a calm, focused, and hygienic environment, we kindly request that all clients attend their appointments alone.

• Only clients with a scheduled appointment will be permitted inside the studio.

• Exceptions may be considered for accessibility needs or other arrangements approved in advance.

LOYALTY CARD POLICY

• Please present your loyalty card at every visit to receive your stamp.

• No card presented, no stamp.

• Stamps cannot be issued retroactively for previous visits.

• Loyalty cards must be presented at the time of service.

• Lost or damaged cards may not be eligible for replacement of previously earned stamps.

• Loyalty rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to additional redemption conditions.
